He has published articles on corporate, commercial, and mining law and is particularly interested in sustainable investment models, institutional development, and value addition initiatives that support long-term economic growth.
Fidelis holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with Distinction and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. He also holds a certificate in Capital Markets.
